Dr. Jason Rowden, Psy.D., Q.M.E.
Welcomes You.

Offering objective, unbiased evaluations you can count on.

As a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist, I offer independent disability evaluation services in the spheres of Workers Compensation, SSI, and for the Department of Veterans Affairs. If you choose to use my services, you will receive an objective evaluation from a thoughtful professional who provides thorough, timely, and comprehensive reports.

My job is not only to effectively evaluate your concerns in the context before us, but to provide a comfortable environment where you can express yourself and what you have experienced. I will tend to your individual issues while also offering an opinion on the important legal questions that need to be addressed so that your claim can be resolved quickly and efficiently.

It's also important that I am available to you to answer any questions you have about the evaluation process or any treatment related issues you'd like more information about. If you'd like more information or would like to schedule an appointment, please feel free to contact me.

A Bit About The Assessment Process

I'm an independent evaluator and it's my job to help provide a clinical/forensic opinion on whatever questions are before us regarding disability. I do this by asking about your history, getting detailed information about any injuries or clinical conditions you may suffer from, doing psychological testing when needed, and providing a comfortable space where you can feel at ease to discuss these personal matters.

Services I Offer

I have been working as a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist since 2008 and have been doing disability evaluations since 2014. I consider it an honor to work with those who are seeking an objective, independent opinion from a competent professional about whether they are struggling with a mental disorder, where and how it arose, and how it impacts their functioning. Whether it's a veteran returning from war, a person suffering with severe mental illness, or someone who has been injured on the job, it is of the utmost importance to me that I treat you with respect, genuinely hear your concerns, and provide a comprehensive assessment that will ultimately help to resolve your claim as expeditiously as possible.

Serving People Since 2005

Originally from Long Beach, CA, I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. From there I went on to attend Loma Linda University where I received my Master's and Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Forensic Psychology.

I've had great fortune in getting to work in a variety of contexts and with a diverse array of clientele. From college counseling centers, county mental health clinics, private practice, to the largest forensic hospital in the world, I've served many people over the last 15 years. Currently, my private practice is focused on disability assessment and I find this work both meaningful and fulfilling.

Personally, I enjoy reading, writing, baseball; particularly fantasy, science fiction, playing basketball, running, hiking, poker, and I love spending time with my family, friends, and many pets.
